On behalf of the NYC Health + Hospitals project team, I want to convey my appreciation to everyone at Multimedia Solutions for your assistance with the development of our new websites.

This was an ambitious project for all of us - to develop and deliver 21 completed websites, with mobile-responsive designs, new functionality, and a new (for us) content management system, within the the course of a calendar year. I believe we owe the success of the project, which was delivered on time and on budget, to the highly organized project management approach of the Multimedia Solutions team and your excellent technical expertise.

Every step of the way, from the benchmarking and creative discussions during discovery, into design, and through development and delivery, your team offered useful suggestions and helpful guidance. With so much work under way, it was essential to track everything and that no small but essential detail be overlooked. Our weekly project calls ensured that everything remained on track, feedback was shared, and questions were answered. Your technical team and ours worked in a supportive partnership to ensure all development met our specifications and that we had a smooth launch.

Since the deployment of our new external websites, we have received hundreds of thousands of visitors. Our senior management considers this project to be an overwhelming success. It will provide a solid platform upon which we will continue to build and evolve our communications and marketing efforts for years to come.
